MISSION STATEMENT
A Message from the Officers
As a parent or guardian of a senior or junior high soccer player, you are automatically a member of our booster club. We welcome your participation, ideas, and your willingness to be a supportive member of our parent group. This booster club is designed to boost the soccer experience of ALL children currently participating in both the Senior and Junior High soccer programs at Meyers High School. We "boost" the program financially through fundraising efforts designed to provide for any expense not covered by traditional school funding which helps promote team spirit, promotes team pride, rewards dedication participation and achievement, and enhances team skill and performance. Your involvement is anticipated, appreciated and welcomed. Please join us at meetings and be an active part of our group so that your child and all of our children benefit from our efforts.
WHAT WE WILL DO
We will do our best for the booster club by attending meetings and participate in fundraisers, volunteer to chair and/or work various events. More importantly we will always be supportive, positive, and respectful of one another, our coaches and above all our children as they commit themselves to the rigors of their soccer season. Remembering at all times that it is indeed THEIR season to endeavor, to endure, and to experience.
WHAT WE WILL NOT DO
Because we understand our role as a booster club, we will not use the booster club, any of its officers, or any of its organized fundraisers as a conduit for criticism, negativity and complaining. We undestand that this volunteer group has no real power over any other person or organization and is solely designed to function only as a supportive fundraising group.
