MEETINGS

First meeting was held August 23rd,2010. Meeting was called to order . Reading of the minutes from last year were waived. Treasurer's report given by Sharon l. places current balance at $3,067.63.

Primary focus of this meeting was to set up fundraisers.  Happy Hour  at Senuna's. Gertrude Hawk candy sales. Concession stands need volunteers. This year's junior high stand will be run from the picnic table next to the Skyhawks stand and not from within the stand. Sign up sheets were passed around and volunteers asked to sign for home games. A vote was taken regarding hosting a bannquet again this year and a committee was formed. We will again try to have the banquet at R & D Memories. Reenie M will head the committee and will check on an available date. The banquet ad program will be run again as an extra fundraiser. We stress the importance of successful fundraising efforts due to the increased number of upperclassmen who will receive special gifts this year.  Coach Jack then spoke about the upcoming season. Meeting was adjourned. 

Second 2010 Meeting Minutes

Fundraisers were discussed. Hershey Bar sale, letters will be sent. Sale is from Sept 14th to Sept 28th. Buy out option for $25. 

Tandem N volunteered to head the junior high stand and Krya would go to buy the items needed to get started. Senior hign parents agreed to share the duties of the snack stand. Debbie G nought the items to get started.

Senior Night:

Senior night will be Oct 15th at home against Pittston. Sherry N has volunteered to get everything together for that night. It was discussed to have Lyons Studio come and take pictures of each senior and their parents/guardians. It will later be given to them as a gift at the banquet.

Banquet date November 14th at 6pm. at R & D Memories .

Next Meeting October 5th 7:30pm at the Barney Inn.
